During a new phase of Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, it deported more than 2 million people to its own territory.

Tens of thousands of Ukrainian children were forcibly taken away, actually kidnapped.

Many of them had their surnames and first names changed and were registered as children in Russian families, including representatives of the Russian authorities (for example, Sergei Mironov, who together with his wife “adopted” eight-month-old Margarita Prokopenko, who was kidnapped from Kherson).

Children from the occupied territories of Ukraine are brought to a summer camp in Chechnya, where they are dressed in military uniforms and taught to shout “Ahmat sila!” and “Allah Akbar!”

July 2024

Russia organized the “re-education” of the kidnapped children, as well as children in the occupied territories (there are more than 1.5 million of them in total).

In educational institutions, they are brought up in the traditions of hatred for Ukraine and the free world. The occupiers are destroying all Ukrainian literature in the libraries of educational institutions in the occupied territories.

Children are massively involved into paramilitary groups from elementary school and are ideologically, and not only, prepared for war against Ukraine and NATO.

The vast majority of men from the occupied territories of Donetsk, Luhansk and the Crimea, who were 9 years old or older at the beginning of the war in 2014, have already become disabled or died at the front, where Russia sent them to.
